Sandra De Vincenzi Paolo Grassi

Sandra De Vincenzi Sandra has gained her experience in management consulting by working on projects of strategic planning, market analysis, portfolio management, sales models and BPR for the main South American operators of fixed and mobile telephony. His areas of expertise are BPR, Organizational Strategies, Change Management. She is responsible for Bip. of the LATAM development within the Telecommunications Industry. Sandra has a degree in "Administración de Empresa" awarded at the University of Belgrano - Buenos Aires and a doctorate in Marketing from the "Austral" University in Buenos Aires. She is currently completing a Masters in Sociology at the Università Cattolica.

Paolo Grassi Paolo has established a strong experience in management consulting and has specialized in the areas of Strategic Planning, Organizational Strategies and Operation Reengineering, mainly in the Telecommunications industry. His experience began in Italy where he has worked in several Change Management and Business Management projects in the Telecommunication, Transportation and Public Utilities sectors. Since 1996 he has been working in South America where, up to his entry in Bip., he has been partner of reference for the Telecommunications Industry for a major consulting company, working with all the main subsidiaries of Telecom Italia in Central and South America. Within Bip. he is responsible for the development of the South American TLC regional market. Paolo holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from "La Sapienza” University, Rome.
