Giorgio Gristina Andrés González Lanceros José María Romero

Giorgio Gristina Giorgio has developed deep consulting experience at executive level within big multinationals in the service industry, with special focus on Telecommunications. He has managed complex transformation projects in terms of organization, processes and IT in the area of ICT, Customer Operations and Administration, Finance and Controlling. During his career he had the opportunity to serve clients in Europe and Asia – especially South-East Asia - where he had the responsibility to develop Customer Relationship Management for Abeam Consulting, a consulting multinational that subsequently joined the Global Network of Business Integration Partners. Giorgio holds an engineering degree and MBA (with distinction) at INSEAD, a business school he still collaborates with in relation to innovative methodologies for investment evaluations and the corporate use of virtual technologies. In 2003 Giorgio became founding member of Bip. and was nominated partner of Bip. Iberia in 2008.

Andrés González Lanceros Andrés has built a significant experience in management consulting by working for the major Spanish consulting companies. He has directed strategic initiatives and large System Integration projects in the fields of Telecommunications, Financial Services and Public Administration. Untill 2005, he has worked as a partner responsible for the Telecommunication & Media practice for PWC Spanish and later for IBM Consulting Services. Andrés has more than 20 years experience in the telecommunication sector and can count among its clients leading players in Spain, Portugal and Italy. In BIP Iberia, Andrés deals with helping CIO’s in transforming the IT function in a service provider to internal customers, its objective is both to align the use of technology with business strategy and make the IT function more effective and efficient. Andrés has a degree in Telecommunication Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from IESE Business School. Currently Andrés works as part-time professor with the Department of Telematics of the Faculty of Telecommunication Engineering of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Andrés is a founding partner of Bip. Iberia since May 2006.

José María Romero José María has an experience of over 20 years in the field of management consulting especially in the areas of strategy, processes, technology and change management in the Telecommunications & Media sectors in both Europe and Latin America. José Marìa has been, for many years, responsible for the development and management for the largest global Spanish telecommunications operator and responsible for IT Governance initiatives and strategic planning systems for several multinational companies in Spain, in the areas of Energy , Financial Services, Transportation and Infrastructure. José María has a degree in Telecommunication Engineering at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and has developed his consulting experience by working in Deloitte Consulting and then in PWC and IBM Consulting Services, where he has served as a partner in the Telecommunications & Media sector. María José is a founding partner of BIP Iberia since May 2006.
