Bip.’s Top Management is represented by the President Nino Lo Bianco and two Managing Directors, Carlo Capé and Fabio Troiani. Carlo Cape has built, since 1987, a sound management consultancy experience by working for the most important Italian and European Consultancies with responsibility for major organization, supplì chain and reengineering projects, within the Energy & Utilities, Transportation, Aviation, Manufacturing and Telecom sectors.
Since 2003 he has been involved in the process of liberalization, privatization and regulation of the Energy & Utilities sector (energy, environment, transport, aviation), and has cooperated with regulators and with the main Italian and European groups in defining rules and new business models and in market development, rationalization of processes, and information systems governance.
He is a founding member and sits on the advisory board of the Master Energy & Utilities Management and of the Executive Master Energy created in collaboration with the MIP - Politecnico di Milano and Consel - Consorzio Elis.
Since 2003 he is a founding member and Managing Director of Business Integration Partners.
He is the author of several articles dealing with organization and management among which : "Dynamic Manufacturing - Annex to the Italian edition" - Hayes, Wheelwright, Clark (IPSOA), "Chief Information Officer: la sfida dell’innovazione pragmantica" - Cape, Motta, Troiani (Il Sole 24 ore), "Chief Information Officer – come conciliare innovazione e budget" - Capé, Motta, Troiani (Sviluppo & Organizzazione).

Nino Lo Bianco
Founding member, President Bip. and Bip. Iberia
Founded Telos Management Consulting in the 70’s and has been Managing Director both in Telos and then in Deloitte Consulting Italy until 2003. Lo Bianco has a forty years top level experience in Management Consulting as far as industries, services and Public administration are concerned both in Italy and abroad.
Managing Director of several real estate and industrial companies, he has been active in several professional associations (ASSCO ex-president, vice-president FITA). He has been professor of management in many business schools for a number years, and is today visiting professor in several programs both in Italy and abroad.
Among its activities both in the public and private sector, Lo Bianco accounts for projects for companies such as IRI, ENI, FIAT, Telecom Italy, TIM, Iveco, Pirelli, Finmeccanica, RCS, Fondiaria, Interior, Defence and Foreign Affairs Ministries.
Former member of the Board of the Saint John's University - Roman Campus and of the Bureau of the Istituto dell’Innovazione Tecnica aimed at supporting the launch of Accountant General of the State.
He has left Deloitte Consulting in May 2003 in order to co-found Business Integration Partners, where he assumed the role of President and CEO since August 2003. Since 2006 President of Bip. Iberia.

Fabio Troiani
Managing Director of Business Integration Partners
After having achieved significant experience in leading banks abroad and having attained an MBA in the United States, Fabio Troiani has gained, since 1986, sound experience in management consulting by working for the most important Italian and European groups with responsibility for large customers and projects ranging from strategy to organizational and technological transformation, in the Telecom, Consumer Business and Finance sectors.
In recent years he has been involved in the privatization and start / consolidation processes for competition in the telecommunications sector both in Italy and Europe. He has contributed to transforming the major Italian and European companies (Italy, Spain, UK, France, Norway) for the development and consolidation of the business, processes streamlining, information systems planning and governance.
From April 2000 up to the spin-off from Deloitte he has been European responsible of the Communication Industry with responsibilities for managing a budget close to 100 mio. euros as well as 20 partners in 15 European countries.
He is the author of several books and articles on IT departments organization and on how technology can become an effective business lever; he leads a team of experts on Telco, Media, Entertainment and IT convergence, which has significant experience with major European operators (Vodafone, Telecom, Telefonica).
After having left Deloitte Consulting in August 2003 (due to problems arising from new rules for international networks providing both Consulting and Audit services), he is a founding member and Managing Director of Business Integration Partners, Bip. Iberia and Bip. Financial Servieces.

Bip.’s founding team (approx. 50 people from the same company) was selected to guarantee continuity in the relationships developed with our clients over the years.
