Bip. Financial Services
Bip. Financial Services (Bip. FS) is a company of the Bip. Group specialized in the offering of management consulting services to banks and insurance companies.
FS Bip. was established in January 2007 from the union of Bip. with a group of professionals with experience gained in leading consultancy companies. Bip FS has initially focused on providing services to banks; insurances were introduced only in a second moment.
Bip. FS’s professionals combine specialized understanding of business processes to the knowledge of methods of processes analysis and design; this allows them to deal successfully with complex change management projects. Bip. FS is not a system integrator and does not carry out software development activities, and therefore is able to ensure independence and objectivity to all customers in identifying solutions to support processes redesign.
Bip. FS serves mainly the banking and insurance sector, even if its professionals have also gained significant experience in financing and leasing companies.
As far as the banking sector is concerned, Bip. FS has served, since its very beginning, important clients and maintains with many of them constant relationships, whilst activities in the insurance sector have been launched in the second half of 2007 with the aim of offering services of excellence within the Insurance Risk Management sector in light of Solvency II. |
